    I would like to Thanks Calum and Alex and their team martha, gabby - to help me to get a 2 BHK FLAT In penny lane way. Yes I did face some problems, but they are always there to help me with their sweet words and gesture. Calum is a young energetic and hardworking guy who helped me to move in with in a short notice and following up with me and owner very nicely to make my move in very smooth and fast as well.     Would totally recommend Leeds Accommodation Bureau to anyone looking to rent a property in Leeds. I emailed inquiring about an advertised property and got a callback very promptly offering us a viewing the following day. They even sent me two text message reminders about the time and location of the viewing beforehand. The man who showed us around was very personable, putting myself and my partner at ease and answering any questions we had. We loved the flat and called the office immediately to secure it. Gabby was extremely helpful over the phone and sent all the information through by email within an hour. When it came to signing for the flat, she had prepared a thorough file of all the paperwork which helped my partner and I feel that our tenancy was being carefully looked after. Since then, Gabby has been very quick to respond to any other emails and calls, and I am confident that if any issues were to arise, the team would be quick to help us resolve them.

  • One of the best places to rent
    One of the best places to rent an apartment in Leeds city, this is my first time in UK and i rented an apartment through them for the past 3 months, they were the only place that were helpful and helped me to rent an apartment for 3 months only because this is the period that i am staying here and all the places insisted that i should rent for 6 months minimum. Kyle was able to find us the perfect flat and we were able to move in two days after viewing the flat! Upon moving in we had some issues with a broken blind and a malfunctioning heater.
