Leeds Accommodation Bureau can offer you a wide selection of apartments houses and flats for rental throughout Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Our friendly staff have considerable knowledge of the Leeds property market.

We will arrange appointments convenient for you during weekdays 9.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday mornings 9.00am – 12.00 noon. We offer a free escorted service from this office to view any of the properties listed.

Once you have found and selected your property you will be required to complete an application form and provide proof of identification.

We will ask you to pay a fee for the administration costs incurred.This fee is non-refundable. Should you renew the tenancy after each term we will charge you a small administration fee. 

All tenancies are subject to suitable references and payment of a deposit.

All tenants bonds are protected by law. Government legislations requires all deposits will be transferred to the DPS(Deposit Protection Service) or if the landlord instructs the deposit will be transferred to one of the other governments schemes.

Please note that pets are not allowed unless agreed with the property owner.
