We will arrange appointments convenient for you during weekdays from 9.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday mornings from 9.00am – 12.00 noon.
We offer a free escorted service from this office to view any of the properties listed.
Once you have found and selected your property you will be required to complete an application form and provide proof of identification.
We will require the following information:
- Identification Passport or Driving license (Photographic ID)
- Utility bill Council tax bill
References are required from:
Place of Employment
- Bankers status enquiry
- Current Landlord (if relevant)
- Character (Friend/Colleague)
You will need to sign a tenancy agreement form together with all relevant legal documents including a report of the state and condition of the property.
You will be required to pay one month’s rent and a deposit together with our fee of £120.00 inc VAT per person. This fee is to cover the costs associated with referencing and contract production.
Government legislation requires all deposits should be protected. The deposit will therefore be forwarded to one of the government schemes.
The Deposit Protection Service will hold your deposit until you vacate the property.
Should you renew the tenancy, renewal fees are £60.00 including VAT.
Company renewal fees are £90.00 including VAT.
If a company let, fees will be £180.00 including VAT. This will cover costs associated with obtaining references and contract production.
